Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and ANON GTO Labs ("ANON GTO", "we") for the use of this website and the ANON GTO software (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing you accept them.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract where you live.

2. What the Service is, and is not

ANON GTO provides AI poker opponents for play-money games, private games among people who have agreed to play with bots, and practice. The Service involves no real-money wagering. Chips, scores and results in it have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.

3. Fair play (acceptable use)

You must not:

• use the bots, their output or any part of the Service on real-money poker sites or apps, or in any game where money or prizes of value are at stake;
• use the Service in any game where the other players have not been told that bots are present;
• break the terms of any third-party platform, or the law, through your use of the Service;
• reverse engineer or resell the Service, share your account, or try to disrupt the Service.

We may suspend or end access, without refund, for accounts that break this section.

4. Subscriptions and billing

ANON GTO is sold as a subscription at $100 per month, plus any applicable tax. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

We will email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect for your subscription. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, with no need to contact us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

6. Refunds

If you are not happy within 14 days of your first paid charge, email support@anongto.example and we will refund it in full. After that, payments are not refundable except where the law requires, but you can cancel to stop future charges. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features. If a change materially reduces what you pay for, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

8. Your data

Hand histories you create are yours to export. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may end it on 30 days' notice, or immediately for a breach of section 3.
