ANON GTO Labs ("ANON GTO", "we") is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at support@anongto.example.
What we collect
- Account and billing: your email, name, billing address and subscription details. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, never by us.
- Product use: the tables you create, hands played and settings, so the Service works and you can review your hands.
- Website: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), kept for security and debugging.
Why we use it
- To provide the Service and your subscription (contract).
- To process payments, send receipts and prevent fraud (contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest).
- To answer your messages and send service emails, such as notice of a price change (contract).
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
- Stripe (payments and the billing portal)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Our product infrastructure providers (running the Service)
- Authorities, where the law requires it
Some of these process data outside your country; where required, they do so under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while you have an account and for up to 12 months after, then deleted. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires (typically 6 to 7 years).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

The site sets no cookies.
Children
The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
